Stewards and Donations
We are thrilled to introduce a meaningful new opportunity to enhance your participation with Springfield Sertoma. For years, our grant program has been a cornerstone of our efforts, channeling funds from events like Wingapalooza, Prom, Monster, Skeet shoot and many others to children’s charities. Thanks to our diligent Grant Committee, these funds are put to an impactful and efficient use.
However, until now, we’ve lacked a direct way for members to personally contribute to our programs. We’re excited to change that with the launch of The Stewards Program—a continuous giving initiative designed to empower us to give generously and uphold our shared commitment to stewardship.
The Stewards Program allows members to make ongoing contributions, demonstrating their dedication to the causes we champion. Members who join will receive a special Stewards Pin to proudly wear on their badge, and over time, unique items will be awarded to celebrate your participation and commitment.
How to Join
Choose a monthly ACH commitment:
● $100, $250, $500, or $1,000Or make an annual gift:
● $1,200, $3,000, $6,000, or $12,000The beauty of this program lies in its continuity—these gifts are designed to be ongoing, sustaining the impact we can create together.
Fund Allocation
Your contributions will be distributed as follows:
● 86% to the Grant Committee Program
● 10% to the endowment for future gifts and needs
● 4% for bank fees, administration, and related expenses
This is an anonymous gifting program. Individual amounts will not be disclosed, but we will share monthly totals to inspire and celebrate our collective impact, reflecting our faith in our stewardship and our shared mission.
